About London RL Foundation

The London Broncos Rugby League Foundation was originally launched in 2009, as the then Harlequins Rugby League Foundation, before the RFL took over the Membership in 2015. This has since been known as the London Rugby League Foundation. As of 2024, London Broncos are delighted to announce that the club has become the sole Member of the London Rugby League Foundation.

In reverting back to London Broncos being the sole Member of the foundation this will enable far better collaboration and coordination between the London Broncos, the Community Clubs and the RFL for the benefit of the game as a whole.

The Community Game will also continue to have significant involvement in the Foundation, as the Community Club Awards and Grants to Community Clubs will continue to be determined by a panel comprising the Foundation, the RFL and the London Junior League, and the Foundation will continue to provide grants to Community Clubs across the region. The RFL will also continue to have significant influence in supporting progress.

Every time you play...

Every time you play you support the community and youth player development activities that LRLF and the London Broncos deliver across the capital and SE.

£1,000s in cash prizes every week

You could win a max of £10,000 via the Rollover prize whilst supporting your London RL Foundation's aims and objectives.

Why everyone's a winner

The great thing about our partnership with the NYCDA Weekly Draw is that not only do you get the chance to win cash every week, the partnership allows the club to raise 10s of £1,000s each year to help it grow and support our work in London and the South East.

Every time you play you support our commitment to help develop our beneficiary partner's community development programmes and associated activities.

Where do the proceeds go?

All proceeds from the partnership between the London RL Foundation, London Broncos and NYCDA will go towards supporting the development of Rugby League in London and the wider South East.

These activities include supporting the Broncos efforts to encourage Community Club members to attend their first team home matches to sample professional sport at AFC Wimbledon via curtain raisers, mass participation festivals and high quality event experiences, as well as encouraging the attendance of a high number of Community Club players on the London Broncos Lions Development Days for U12s to U15s and the London Broncos Origin Trials at U16s and U18s.

Central to this plan is the continuation of the progression of rugby league talent from the community game into the Broncos environment and wider sport. Names of locally produced players in the first team squad we look to replicate include Alex Walker, Iliess Macani, James Meadows, Rob Butler, Sam Davis, Lewis Bienek, Will Lovell, Bill Leyland, Jordan Williams, Sadiq Adebiyi, Oli Leyland, Gideon Boafo, Matt Davies, Harry Stevens, Jensen Monk and Dan Hoyes.

Below is a snapshot of some of the wider community and youth development focused activities you are supporting, the positive impact it can have and some recent winners of big prizes.
